Members are being texted or called trying to verify information on charges on account.  If you get a text asking to confirm a transaction and you say no… the only thing that should happen, is you will get another text stating your card has been blocked, and to contact us at the branch directly to reissue a new card.  

There should not be any other information shared, or calls made.  Members have reported that scammers are reaching out to members to “confirm” and then after they say no, the scammer calls them and seeks financial information.  Please DO NOT SHARE INFORMATION!  Always call us directly at the branch if you are uncomfortable with any situation and we will advise you accordingly.  Please be safe!  Thank you!
